The Standalone CAPA process is a systematic approach to address issues with products, services, or processes in a controlled manner. Standalone CAPAs document and execute a CAPA plan outside of a Deviation or Finding, whether triggered by some other event, or perhaps triggered by another ineffective CAPA plan.
