Form refers to a document with fillable fields. In Veeva Quality Basics, you can create forms from a master form template with the intention that they be completed electronically (Electronic Executed Forms) or on paper (Paper Executed Forms).

Master Form Templates

  • Intended to be an empty form containing the fields that you would like users to fill out
  • When created, Template Document Type can be set to either Electronic Executed Form or Paper Executed Form subtypes. You can also select Form, if the intention is to make it available for both subtypes.
  • Follow Draft to Effective lifecycle

Electronic Executed Forms

  • Filled out and then approved in Vault
  • Follow Draft to Approved lifecycle
